Best of the Best! Aquila is the top series of the Eikre lineup with the little extra’s in every detail is finally here! We wanted to combine the best of Fluvius and Aroni models and add a few details to create a truly top-rated fly rod series that can be compared to any other top rod manufacturer. In the Aquila, we simply did not spare anything. Here we have combined softness, power, precision, and components in a unique series of fly rods we are very proud to offer. Aquila has a narrower blank (Msi.57 much higher quality and strength than IM12 -Msi.40 equivalent), matte olive surface finish, Rec-recoil snake guides, fine-tuned cork grip, and a new improved fast-fit reel seat. Each rod section has a description of the model and alignment marks in silver for exact assembly. And as in all previous series from Eikre Fly, each rod in the series has unique features adapted to its class and application. The series consists of 8 different rods and all are supplied in black Cordura tubes with Norwegian flag and an olive bag labelled with the rod series, length, and line weight.
